Mary Determan, MSW, LCSW, RPT-S
Mary has been working with adults, adolescents and children for thirty years. Her background started with a framework around addictions and has grown to include both inpatient and outpatient mental health. Her specialty is working with children through the intervention of Play Therapy. She is a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor.
Kameia Rodgers, MSW, APSW, MS, SAC-IT
Kameia has worked in the mental health field for over five years, working with veterans who battled with substance abuse and mental health disorders. She also has experience working with clients in residential and partial residential programs as well as working with disadvantaged youth who often are afflicted by anxiety, depression and PTSD. Kameia has a passion for helping others realize their potential and inner strength and utilizes a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to effectively address the issues and concerns of clients. It is her belief that everyone should be afforded grace in their time of need. Some of the treatment modalities she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution -Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
Greg Barden, MSW, LCSW, RPT
Greg works with children, adolescents, and adults. His areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, attachment, self-esteem, spirituality and LGBT issues. He is trained in Play Therapy and in EMDR therapy, as well as traditional talk (CBT) therapy.
Mary Ellen Rozga
Mary Ellen is our Business Manager. She maintains responsibility for all administrative aspects of the clinic, including supporting therapists and clients. One of her roles is all the Insurance billing, including supporting therapists in collecting copays.
Cate Sullivan-Konyn MSW, APSW
Cate joined Mary Determan MSW, LLC in December 2023. Cate has experience working with children, and adolescents in school and community settings. Cate works with clients on issues such as ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Trauma, Attachment, Emotional Regulation and Social Skills.
Alena Kanter MSW, APSW
Alena received her Masters Degree in Social Work from UWM. Alena has experience working with children as little as 3, as well as adults. Alena’s specialties include foster care and adoption, divorce, ADHD, autism, as well as depression and anxiety. Alena believes in child-led play as it helps children process experiences, express emotions, and develop confidence.
Ty Johnson MS, LPC-IT
Ty earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. He has experience working with children and adolescents in school and community settings. Ty uses a play-based approach to help children and adolescents facing such challenges as ADHD, anxiety, autism. depression, identity exploration, emotion regulation, grief, social skills, and trauma, and works to empower them to be able to face these and future challenges with confidence and resilience.
Britney Morrow MSW, APSW
Britney earned her Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2013 and has over 15 years of experience working with children and families. Her areas of focus include reunification, ADHD, and grief support serving youth ages 5-18. Britney utilizes developmentally appropriate, play-based interventions to support emotional expression, strengthen attachment, and promote self regulation within a safe and structured therapeutic environment. Britney believes in creating a safe, supportive environment where young people feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Sara Innab MSW, APSW
Sara received her master’s degree in Social Work from the UW-Milwaukee. Sara is dually licensed through the Department of Public Instruction and the Department of Safety and Professional Services as an Advanced Practice Social Worker. Sara brings extensive experience including being bilingual in Arabic and works with clients of varied ability from ages 3 to 21. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings.
Peggy Reilly MSW, LCSW
Peggy has been working as a child and family therapist for 25+years, serving the mental health needs of children, adolescents and families. Her approach is always trauma informed, person centered, and sensitive to all family systems. Peggy strongly believes in a collaborative care model and works to advocate for children and teens mental health needs with schools, and other care providers.
Alyssa Kuhn MSW, APSW
Natalie Schaffhauser MSW, APSW
Natalie received her masters in social work from UW-Milwaukee. She has clinical experience working with adults and children impacted by trauma as well as with neurodivergent children and families. She practices non-directive play therapy to foster an environment where clients can explore while building trust and confidence in who they are.
